Seed Development and Design was born from the lifelong friendship of Preston and Eric, two best friends who shared a passion for creating meaningful, lasting change. Their friendship began in the mid-1990s, and from that their mutual drive for innovation and forward-thinking set the foundation for a shared dream.

Even while living half a country apart, Preston and Eric nurtured their bond and their aspirations, fueled by their love for home improvement, design, and customer service. After years of planning and dreaming, their vision became a reality in 2019 with the founding of Seed Development and Design.

With a mission to bring personalized, high-quality remodeling and design services to homeowners in Atlanta, Seed has grown into a trusted name in the industry. Our passion for architecture, commitment to excellence, and dedication to transforming homes into dream spaces guide everything we do.

Preston Reed

Founder & Owner

Preston’s background in architecture and construction allows him to bring invaluable experience to the team. His knowledge includes a significant amount of work in the restaurant and interior architecture sector, as well as projects that range from residential to the larger commercial scale.

Allie Stenger

Office Administrator

Allie manages many of our behind the scenes administrative tasks from marketing, social media, scheduling, and project estimates. She shows enthusiasm for all things marketing and enjoys helping the business grow.

From the initial concepts to the final touches, Joseph is dedicated to ensuring every project meets the highest standards. His commitment to strong communication and coordinated teamwork ensures that each project is executed flawlessly and efficiently.

Eric Stenger has a passion for working with others and has a high regard for standing behind a good product. Eric brings a valuable skill set to the team and instills morals in which the very foundation of SEED was built

Duriel Porter

Construction Project Manager

Duriel has a love for architecture, fine woodworking, and carpentry. He believes clear communication and attention to the smallest of details can change the trajectory of a clients experience.

Sydney Wetterhan

Design Assistant

Sydney provides design support by helping with concept development, as well as, performing some administrative tasks. She enjoys being a part of the creative process and is excited to learn more.

Jessica Cervantes

Architectural Designer

Jessica has an eye and passion for creating detailed designs and custom living spaces. She assists our clients by creating project plans, drawings and specifications in order to begin the construction process.

Priscilla Patterson

Construction Project Coordinator

Priscilla's passion for construction began as a little girl. Growing up, she followed her Dad's footprints in learning all aspects of building. Priscilla is the glue that keeps our team together. She keeps us organized, on task, and always ready to improve or create a system.

Ashley Harkins

Architectural / Interior Designer

Ashley's career spans high-end residential, corporate workplaces, hospitality, custom furniture, and even tiny cabins tucked away in the woods. Through this diverse experience, Ashley has mastered the art of blending creativity and technical expertise to bring any vision to life.
