Construction Project Manager

A construction project manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a construction project, from inception to completion. Their primary role is to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with the specified quality standards and safety regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects. They will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. The Construction Project Manager will also communicate and collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Construction Project Management and Construction Management experience

  • Experience in project coordination and project management

  • Budgeting and financial management skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications

  • Experience in the residential construction industry is preferred
