Our experience working with SEED was nothing short of phenomenal! We worked with SEED to build a covered outdoor patio (standalone from our house).

First, Eric came out to provide us a quote and take measurements and talk to us about what we wanted to achieve with the project. They really take an interest in your expectations for the project.

We started with the design phase. Jessica made the process simple and straightforward, helping us with design selections every step of the way. She provided multiple renderings so we could get a feel for what the project would actually look like.

Once the design was approved, we broke ground on the paver patio. Priscilla, David, and Juan answered all of my questions and talked through a lot of what they were doing. They even offered recommendations for non-contracted items.

The invoicing is straight forward through BuilderTrend and we were able to pay the invoices directly from our bank account. Nothing caught us off-guard! Every invoice matched the description and we had full visibility the entire way.

We couldn't be happier with the backyard oasis they built for us!
