Eric and Preston from Seed development and design were such a pleasure to work with. The first initial meeting was everything we were looking for in a company to transform our outdoor patio deck. This is something my wife and I were wanting to do. Eric and Preston came to our home listened to all of our ideas and let us know if it was able to be accomplished. The communication between myself and Eric was on point. He kept us informed from the day they submitted the plans to the city for permitting. The days they would be at my house working. Then the final walkthrough. The two of them were very helpful and knowledgeable. Their entire crew were respectful from start to finish.
